Refund Policy

  1. We offer a pay-back of the 30% for all old and new clients
  2. If Quality does not satisfy the clients in question by as much as 1 – 3% difference, the client’s cargo can be resent or his amount paid refunded 100% with no additional penalties
  3. All orders placed & not collected with a period of 30 days, amount paid will be refunded to the clients desired account
  4. All Invitation Letter fees paid, if denied visa for entry due to searched carried out by our Government will not be refunded his/her 300 EUR
  5. Client complains are entertained so as to resolve issues with shipment for which client fees can be paid back if requested but for which container has to be sold to another client.
